It is the responsibility of the hirer (customer) to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:

1) A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable AT ALL TIMES.
2) Ensure no-one over the recommended age uses the equipment.
3) Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the inflatable is forbidden.
4) No somersaults
5) All shoes, badges, jewellery and spectacles MUST be removed.
6) Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of users. If the users are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.
7) Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time.
8) Ensure any user with a history of back or neck problems refrains from using the inflatable.
9) Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step. The step is there to help users get on and off, it is not made to be bounced on.
10) Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.
11) Ensure all users stay away from the blower.
12) Ensure the blower covers are in place at all times.
13) To avoid choking, food and drinks are strictly prohibited near and on the inflatable.
14) No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or "silly string" must be used near or on the inflatable as they can permanently stain the unit. The customer will be liable for cleaning costs if this happens.
15) Strictly no smoking near the inflatable.
16) In the event of rain, make sure all users are clear of the inflatable and switch off blower at the mains. Cover the inflatable and blower with the raincover provided.
17) If the inflatable fails for any reason, evacuate immediately.

If the inflatable is excessively dirty or damaged when collected the hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs
